Getting Started

Contact us to begin the conversation about your ideal position and working arrangement, and we will do our best to proactively seek out your next industry career opportunity.  Alternatively, forward a copy of your cover letter and resume for our consideration.  If your application is a potential FIT with the current or future requirements of one of our corporate clients, we will contact you to begin discussions.

This is what the process will look like:

  • An initial telephone interview to learn about your skills, experience and interests. At this point, we often discuss subtle improvements or additions to your resume and/or cover letter, which often dramatically increase the effectiveness of your application.
  • In the event that your profile is a FIT with typical opportunities within our niche, an in-person interview will be arranged to dig a little deeper and find out more about your career goals, as well as your ideal position and working conditions.
  • Once a potential opportunity is discovered, and you are chosen to be among a short list of candidates, we will contact you to discuss the client’s preferred process. This may include a work-related task or assignment or related assessments. We will also work with both parties to arrange an interview with the employer.
  • If you are the chosen candidate, we will add value throughout the negotiating process with our deep industry knowledge and provide support throughout the transition into the new role.
