I know that the key to any successful organization is the quality and commitment of its people. The rapid pace of today’s corporate environments leave little time or resources for managers to effectively build these teams.

Hamilton Recruiting was launched to address this gap, and offer a fresh, efficient approach to traditional recruiting. With a unique people-centred approach, I will ensure that we work harder, and dig deeper, to place people for long term success.

I am an approachable and intuitive professional with extensive management experience including sales and contract administration, human resources, property operation and administration, development and marketing with a well-established network.  Having consistently managed multiple projects with diverse duties and possessing strong negotiating, problem-solving and relationship building abilities, I am at ease with a wide variety of management teams and clients. I have a keen interest in understanding what makes people tick and breaking down the complex dynamic created with the combination of personalities and skill sets of teams.  

Originally from Manotick, I am a small-town girl at heart, happily living in the heart of the City of Ottawa. As wife and mother of three great people, I am often running the roads between hockey rinks and baseball diamonds. Happiest in the great outdoors, I love to hike in the woods with great friends and my Sheepadoodle Gus, as well as ski, snowshoe, play tennis and basketball.

Giving back to the community is of great importance to me and I regularly volunteer with Habitat for Humanity with their Women Build initiative and am an Able2 Matching Program volunteer.
